Mornin' at Maggie's Omelette Shoppe

In July 2007, “The Omelette Shoppe” on the corner of 5th and Saginaw Street in Bay City opened its doors under a new name: “Mornin’ at Maggie’s Omelette Shoppe.” Though our name has changed, the staff, chefs, and menu of specialty items remains the same. We feature the Tri-City’s top vegetarian chef Todd Nuzum, creating amazing options for meat-free diets. When you dine at Maggie’s, you will enjoy freshly-ground coffee, hot homemade soups, wonderful quiches, and cookies baked daily. Our signature dishes feature delicious combinations of fresh herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, goat cheese, sausage, pear, and gorgonzola cheese, just to name a few of our savory ingredients.

Since our re-opening in 2007 “Mornin’ at Maggie’s Omelette Shoppe” has expanded its capacity from seating 50, to enough room to comfortably seat 75, and includes a private dining room that accommodates 16-20 people. In addition, wi-fi was installed so if you wish to conduct business while enjoying your meal at “Mornin’ at Maggie’s Omelette Shoppe,” you can!
